COMIDA

The Houston Police Department will be hosting its annual Comida Food Drive this holiday season. The Comida Food Drive originated when Houston Police Officers responded to a call for service and saw a family in need. They connected with that needy family and provided them with a holiday meal during a tough time. This provided the blueprint for HPD's COMIDA Food Drive, which is now in its 38th year! There is a growing need from the community and a desire from the Houston Police Department to assist them. With its partnership with Kroger, Houston Police Officers will be able to feed over 400 families during this holiday season.  

HPD is looking for corporate and individual sponsors to assist in the effort to feed needy families cross the City of Houston. Please consider making a donation though the Houston Police Foundation so that we may bless more families this holiday season!
